Maillard - Milk 32.8%

To get a perfectly balanced, well rounded, flavor we use a blend of cocoa beans from 3 different countries: Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana and Ecuador The result is silky smooth milk chocolate that explodes with crushed caramel and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt.

Lappland - White

Less sweet than typical white chocolate. This intensely whole milk flavored bar is studded with antioxidant roasted hazelnuts from Oregon’s Willamette Valley and luscious dried Turkish figs.
