HÅKAN CHOCOLATIER
Kinetic Bombs
Engineered for impact. A delicate tempered shell that ruptures cleanly on contact, releasing a concentrated burst of caramel, fruit or ganache in one decisive mouthful.

Raspberry Rosemary
Summer raspberry tempered with rosemary salt.

Black Yuzu
Bright yuzu citrus in a dark chocolate shell with a whisper of real licorice root, finished with a sprinkle of Hawaiian black salt.

Sour Soursop
A tropical fruit somewhere between mango and pineapple. Not remotely sour, which Håkan finds funny enough that he adds a tingle of sourness to the outside.

Passionfruit Explosion
Bite into it and the name explains itself.

Kalamansi Cardamom
A dark shell that bursts with bright Kalamansi citrus and cardamom.

Goat Cheese
Not a French chèvre but Norwegian Gjetost: dense, rich, caramel. Salt side down!

Crackling Sea Salt Caramel
THE one that gets an audible reaction the first time.
How to eat themthe whole sphere in your mouth at once — that is the point. Where there is salt, rest it on your tongue a moment, salt side down, before you bite.
